Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

UK Delivery
Estimated delivery times and available shipping options are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and dispatched.

We aim to deliver orders within the delivery timeframe shown at checkout. Unless otherwise agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order is placed, as required by applicable UK consumer law.

Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders
